Georgia Players Shine at the Junior USTA Level 1 Indoors Nov. 28 – Dec 1, 2025

The Junior USTA Level 1 Indoors are the highest level of USTA-sanctioned national championships. Played at indoor facilities across the country, these events bring together top junior players from every region to compete in small, highly competitive draws. With both main draw and consolation play, these tournaments showcase some of the strongest young talent in the nation.

Many of our Georgia juniors earned the opportunity to compete this past weekend — and several brought home outstanding results! Congratulations to all who were selected, and a special shout-out to these players for their remarkable performances:

Girls’ 18s – Indianapolis, IN

  • Addy Rogin (Moreland, GA) & Carlota Moreno (TN) – Bronze Ball, Doubles
  • Piper Johnson (Atlanta, GA) & Chloe Zigliara (Marietta, GA) – 4th Place, Doubles
  • Sportsmanship Award Winner: Chloe Zigliara (Marietta, GA)

Girls’ 12s – Memphis, TN

  • Maya Laddin (Atlanta, GA) – 4th Place, Singles
  • Cataleya Brown (Marietta, GA) & Mila Mikoczi-Spivey (TX) – Gold Ball, Doubles
  • Rhiya Chiang (Suwanee, GA) & Elizabeth Higgins (NC) – Silver Ball, Doubles

Girls’ 14s – Toledo, OH

  • Evija Thoresen (Atlanta, GA) & Christina Li (FL) – Bronze Ball, Doubles
  • Evija Thoresen – Consolation 1 Champion
