The road to the USTA Southern Combo Doubles Sectional Championships runs through Columbus!
The USTA Georgia Combo Doubles 55 & Over State Championship will be held September 25–27 in Columbus, GA, bringing teams from across Georgia together for a weekend of competitive doubles tennis at Cooper Creek Tennis Center.
Unlike other USTA Georgia State Championships, the Combo Doubles 55 & Over Championship is invitational. That means every team registered by the August 20 deadline received an automatic entry into the State Championship. There are no local playoff requirements or qualification process — if your team registered by the deadline, you’re in!
All matches will be played on the clay courts at Cooper Creek Tennis Center, providing players with a unique championship experience as they compete for the opportunity to represent Georgia at the USTA Southern Combo Doubles Sectional Championships.
With a weekend of doubles competition ahead, Columbus is ready to welcome Georgia’s 55 & Over players for another exciting State Championship.
