Junior Requirements for Sanctioned Tournaments and Junior Circuits
Junior Introductory Play Grant
USTA Georgia Medical Release (Juniors only) Junior players competing in the USTA, the USTA Southern Section, and the USTA Georgia must submit a signed Release and Medical Release to the tournament director before the first match is played. The player and the parent or guardian must sign the form. At this time, this form is online on MatchTennis App. Parents and players can sign it there.
